The National LERA meeting will be held this year in Saint Louis. This is an exciting opportunity to hear from and meet nationally prominent labor and management practitioners and scholars. The conference will be in Saint Louis June 6th-9th and the Gateway Chapter has made arrangements for our co-sponsors and patrons to receive a day pass to it. In addition to Rep. Dick Gephardt, there will be over a dozen other interesting sessions held on Friday June 7th. A highlight of sessions includes:
Workplace Inequalities and Remedies
Workers' Compensation: Recent Developments
Retirement Income Security: Challenges Ahead for an Aging Population
Public Policy and Labor-Management Relations: Crisis, Recovery and New Social Contracts
21st Century Apprenticeship Programs: Examples of Labor-Management Cooperation from the St. Louis Area

Friday June 7th is the day of the Presidential Lunch where Rep. Dick Gephardt will be speaking and which the Gateway Chapter is sponsoring.
Important Notes: Co-sponsors and Patrons need to register through the Gateway Chapter (see below) to avoid being charged. You may pick any day to attend, so be clear if you are choosing to attend a day other than the June 7th. If you wish to attend more than one day, then you will be responsible to pay for those days yourself.
