A one-day conference on current trends in arbitration.
National and local speakers from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, National Labor Relations Board, National Academy of Arbitrators as well as attorneys, advocates and educators will consider a wide range of issues including discipline/discharge, contract interpretation, public sector practice, arbitration preparation and procedure, and grievance mediation.
